I’ve worked across narrative, fashion, technology, and humanitarian sectors, collaborating with artists and visionaries such as Ridley Scott, Alfonso Quarón, Penélope Cruz, Ricky Martin, Christina Aguilera, Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino, or Deion Sanders. Each project is a chance to craft worlds that speak both visually and emotionally. With roots in Spain and a practice that now spans New York, London, Europe, Middle East, Asia U.S. and beyond, my filmmaking is equal parts cinematic and strategic. I thrive in cross-cultural spaces, building global teams and unique creative ecosystems for each project. My work has been recognized with numerous awards and official selections for the short film Through the Breaking Glass, and over 30 international awards for commercials and music videos. My visual design for The Trickster of Seville was selected as Best Visual Scenes in the exhibition 440 Years of Theatre in Spain, where it was presented alongside works by Salvador Dalí. Most recently, as Creative Director and Director, I won Best Social Cause Campaign at the 2024 Ex Awards for Eddie Murphy’s Candy Cane Lane with Amazon Studios. The story draws inspiration from Luis Buñuel, Andrei Tarkovsky, and Lacanian theory—with a modern lens on mental health, guilt, and recursive time. Full Film. 13 minutes What started as a personal exploration into mourning became a global production that united more than 100 visual effects artists across three continents, coordinated entirely by MTA. We built a virtual community where compositors and digital artists shared knowledge and evolved the project together, with support from over 15 companies worldwide. The artistry extended to music, recorded by the Castilla y León Symphonic Orchestra (100 musicians) and the University of Valladolid chorus (100 voices). In total, more than 250 artists contributed, including talent from the world’s most renowned productions, over 11 days of shooting in the Basque Country, Valladolid, and Madrid. We envisioned the iconic Clydesdale not as nostalgia but as an unleashed symbol, galloping across American geography with poetic resolve. From city bridges to open roads, the horse carried the hopes of a country in motion. Behind that vision was one of the most intense creative journeys of my career. Working side by side with the creative director for four months, we developed more than 250 versions of 30 different commercials. Every cut was tested with audiences, measuring heartbeat, breath, pupil dilation, even cardiac rhythm. We pushed through layer after layer of animatics, from rough sketches to 3D previsualizations, sharpening the piece until it earned its place. When it finally went into production, the challenge only grew. Forty-five days of shooting across the United States. Eleven horses. Four different seasons recreated, including full-scale winter, all on a ticking Super Bowl deadline. We wrapped just three days before delivery. Being part of the creative team from the first spark to the final frame meant we could be more ambitious, chase the impossible, and actually land it. This was a kilometer-long portal. “Neon Sky” was designed as a full-sensory capsule across Fremont Street, where the skyline became a liquid journey through cosmic desertscapes, syncing 32 vertical displays and a 1375-foot ceiling into one seamless movement.Here, the entire sky was in motion. The street itself became the vessel, the vehicle carrying you through a dream. Looking up, the dome of the sky shifted around you, while the screens at eye level acted like windows, offering glimpses of a reality outside the desert mirage. This piece questioned what it feels like to travel through voltage. A continuous capsule of dream-state geography and digital illusion, where the city itself became transport.
